Each of us can experience hard times and everyone's distress is unique to them.

I work with many issues including anxiety, depression, suicidal feelings, loss and sadness, life changes, bereavement & grief, childlessness, menopause, chronic pain and illness and sleep difficulties and more.

My mission is to help you find your full potential & find peace in your life.

I work in an integrated way to suit the needs and preferences of each individual client.

I take a holistic approach as mind, body, spirit and emotions are all connected and interdependent.

We may look at what life is like now for you, or explore your past experiences, whatever feels right for you.

I can use an eclectic variety of techniques to meet your needs,  including education about brain functioning & neuroplasticity, compassion-focused work, guided relaxation, visualization, mindfulness and nutrition. 

It may help your therapy to do in-between session tasks such as books on prescription, relaxation techniques, along with physical & creative exercises.

There are many ways to enhance your wellbeing  such as the Scandinavian  'friluftsliv' (connecting with nature and the outdoors). I also offer outdoor walking therapy. 

I will work with you to help you find how you might make your situation better, to help you develop coping strategies & find a way forward that's right for you.

I work with clients both short-term and longer-term.

Life can throw many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. We can alleviate symptoms, find balance and calm.
